Japanese Pancakes made by me and my aunt on September 10th 2022. Because I can’t get back to Japan right now I am making the best I can do. This was my attempt at making their famous fluffy pancakes. I think that they turned out amazing. Next on the list of things to make will be the famous Japanese fluffy cheese cakes.

This was my first attempt although it came out good, it turned out to be rock hard the next morning.

This was a cauliflower herb crust with lamb goat cheese asaigo cheese with roman tomatoes with onion spinach garlic and peppers. I had no regret or guilt for eating the entire thing. So good and so healthy.
This dish was a an amazing one. I made my own egg noodles and let me say that fresh pasta is a real game changer. As I made Alfredo from scratch with spinach onion and mushrooms. As for the main dish I did Flank steak with a spinach and red pepper roll with Asiago cheese.
This is the first time I ever did a seafood dish for myself in the States. I eat fish and all sorts of stuff when I am in Japan because it is fresh and absolutely amazing. I made pan-seared scallops and shrimp wrapped in prosciutto with rosita lobster with spinach and asparagus. I also made an alfredo to glaze over the top. 1/20/2024
I had the idea that I could make a rose of sort out of puff pastry and strawberries but this is the best I could get. I got to admit though it turned out pretty good.
I was learning to make breaded pastries and this is the best I could get. The thing with this batch is that the insides fell out when I picked them out.
This was an amazing breaded chicken with a bacon jalapeno. I also did a asparagus prosciutto wraps and a lobster mac.
This was a steak with satueed mushroom and battered crisp onions with an alfredo sauce atop with a lobster mack and bacon wrapped asparagus
This was one of my favorite dinners. I did a steak with a blue cheese mushroom and onion. A side of BBQ squid and roasted herb potatoes.
For this dinner I did tomatoes with a teak pink sauerkraut pasta on noodles.
These were two amazing omelets, one was a sun-dried tomatoes and one a green pesto topped with tomato slices and Asiago cheese
I have no idea what this dish is called. All I know is that every time I am in Tokyo at the Starbucks Reserve. This was a mix of a red sauce with onions mushrooms and artichoke hearts topped with over easy eggs.
This was a similar dish to what I would call the Tokyo dish only exception is that it had a hidden later of eggs underneath.
This was an amazing dish one of my top favorite. A saffron rice with a coconut curry and tofu.
Like a BLT I made egg bacon and tomato.
This was a simple egg omelet with goat cheese mushrooms artachoke heart and onion with herb roasted potatoes with Bacon wrapped steak. I also tried making coconut flower pancakes muffin style.
These were fun and amazing. I took tortillas and baked them in cupcake tins to get the cups. I then filled them with re-fried beans, chicken and stak. I topped them with mango salsa guac and lettuce.
I made green crapes by blending asparagus and spinach and adding it to the eggs. I was impressed at how well these turned out. I filled them with steak and peppers. I also did a side of my now classic herb roasted potatoes.
I did steak pinwheels with peppers and spinich with asigo cheese. As for my pasta I did mushroom and onions and garlic in addition to making home made noodles.
This was a a chick wrap but I added Cured ham to the inside to give it a bit of a change and nice tase sort of a take on a cordon blue.
I wanted to try making egg rolls but instead of the traditional crust, I decided to use cabbage. Then I decided to take it up a notch and BBQ them and add BBQ sauce. Both came out better than I expected. I admit that the BBQ ones happened quite by accident. I only wanted to make them crisp but they ended up getting forgotten but that is how great things are discovered.
I am starting to get the hang of this making danishes. These were berry with cinnamon cream cheese.
This was absolute delicious. I made a pink sauce with crout atop noodles with steak and tomato wedges.
The reason why these turned out so dark for crapes is because I blended berries and put them into the batter. Although great they were incredible hard to flip and cook as the sugar caused them to burn and the juice caused them to fall apart.
I took the let overs and cooked oof a few eggs and made this a breakfast burrito.

This was my first attempt of making poached eggs. I did so by putting them in boiled water. I put them on a bed of spinach onion tomato on a bun with a side herb potatoes and a side of avocado and beans.

Tried some new tastes. This was biscuits with raspberry goat cheese with fresh raspberries and mint.
I did a chicken with mozzarella fresh basil on a bed of spinach topped with a balsamic vicegerent with a side of potatoes and asparagus
This was another sort of flavor demo strawberries with steak strawberries goat cheese and fresh mint.
This was a steak pasta ontop of fresh made potato chips with a side of bacon creamy Alfredo on asparagus
This was a stuffed chicken broccoli and rice. Unfortunately the chicken got away from us leaving us with a crispy top.
This was just a little snack of a dinner earlier. including strawberries and naan bread.
This was an amazing dish of chicken broccoli noodles and soy and sesame sauce and hoisin sauce.

This was an interesting dish. I did a ham chicken cordon blue with a red and white Alfredo.
This was my version of a chicken carbonara. This included Chicken red onion, mushrooms and a spinach Alfredo.

This was my frist attempt at making chocolate flowers, I took white chocolate and match. I think that for my first try this came out incredibly well.
St. Patrick’s day dinner. Cabbage potatoes with corn beef with wasabi. I figured that it was a good alternative to the traditional horseradish.

This was an amazingly crafted traditional chicken pot pie.

I went all out on this seafood dish. Almond encrusted cod on asparagus. With sides of scallops and shrimp wrapped in bacon. and a Greek salad.

This was my second attempt at making what I like to call egg in a birds nest. yummy.
This was a wonderful bird eggs nest with a different style of poached egg and a potato petal cup.
This is an amazing sour bread tuna sandwich with mayo eggs tomatoes relish and ghost pepper white cheddar. So amazing, the cheese really gave it an edge. Oh and yes, mustard.
Trying to eat a littler healthier. this is a egg white omelet with onion and mushroom spinach and tomatoes with a small side of asparagus.

I made a breakfast for dinner for me my brother and his girlfriend.
This was a delicious dish that I made for myself for Easter lunch. Traditional Beef Wellington with sweet potatoes and asparagus.
I decided to start eating healthier and decided to have raisin brain with strawberries and a banana. Also coffee is a major food group in my world.

Phase one of a delicious dish that I made. This was red onion, sun dried tomato, spinach and pine nuts.
I added zucchini and white kidney beans and art artichoke heart and then finally added Cream and asiago cheese.

Spite Barbecuing during a blizzard this was the first dish of the season of 2024 I did Lamb Racks with Corn ribs and loaded mashed potatoes and a few sprigs of Asparagus.
This dish consisted from a red onion, broccoli, cauliflower sweet potato Brussel sprouts and saffron rise and eggs.
This made for an amazing left over lunch the meat is left over pork with mayo and mustard.
I had some left overs and so I made a Butternut squash soup and then added some over easy eggs to the mix.
A happy little left over lunch.
This dish was an incredible and delicious Octobus salad with roasted veggies and freshly made Alfredo sauce
It’s not family mart egg sandwich but it will do.
I use octopus in a lot of my dishes. For one I love it and two it is absolutely delicious
After pan cooking them I covered them in BBQ sauce and then air fried them for a few minuets to give them that nice and crisp taste.
When I eat a salad I like it to have each bit represent all the flavors of each item present in the dish.
This is a southwestern salad with Chicken berries and strawberries.
This dish was a stuffed chicken with a layered bacon crust. The goal was to. make the bacon look like the scales of a fish. There was a side of asparagus and loaded shell pasta. Broccoli, cheese and onion and jalapeño.
